In response to Graham Hart
S1 E6 is only 15 min long because the broadcast was cut short while it was still ongoing. The last sketch in the episode, featuring an edited version of the Archbishop of Canterbury's speech at Diana's funeral, was seen as too insensitive, given that Diana had died only a few months before the broadcast. Apparently, a number of listeners complained, and so the broadcast was cut short by BBC Radio 1. That said, Morris himself could have cut the broadcast short as a stunt.

On "Blue Jam" as a whole
Morris apparently believes that you don't need to create imaginary monsters for a horror radio series- you only need to consult real life. The series is remarkable in its subject matter and writer, not to mention Morris' crack taste in music. If you like "Blue Jam", you'll probably like Morris' series, "Jam", as well, which adapted a number of the sketches in "Blue Jam" for TV. Check out the Jam sketch, "Suicide with an Escape Clause", which is a personal favorite.

Some bits not to be missed.
S1, E3: The 'Ted's Gone Missing' sketch is one of the sickest things committed to tape. Recommended!
S3, E3: The zombie baby bit at the beginning and the 'What Do We Do With A Baby' song at the 54 minute mark are both hilarious.
